Huixian Xinda Textile machinery accessories always provide O25 / O26 foot cap connecting rod screw core, loom screw core O25 and O26 are made of A3, O25 is connected with 3600-4 stop rod, 3614 or O29 change rod and O00-2; O26 is connected with 3600-3 angle cap connecting rod and 3614 or O00-4 and O29, and the table height of broken stop device O25 is 20 mm and that of O26 is 22 mm, both of which have the same shape.
The back of angle cap core o25 and O26 is slotted. The diameter of cone is 9.8mm for o25 and 9.3mm for O26. The table height of screw core is also different, O25 is 7.5mm, O26 is 9mm, and shaft head screw is M6.
Textile pins o25 and O26 are used on each loom. The top view of them is shown in the above figure. The upper part is the O25 screw core with the height of 25mm, and the lower part of O26 with the height of 28mm. This product is suitable for 1511, GA615-1515 and other old looms. It is used for mechanical stopping when the warp is broken.
There are two kinds of stop devices used on shuttle looms: mechanical and electrical. The mechanical type is through the left and right of the stop piece, while the electrical type uses the stop piece as the contact medium to make the circuit close and open, so as to achieve the purpose of stopping the machine. The function of electric type is fast and accurate, but it needs low-voltage equipment, and it is easy to produce electric spark when electric contact occurs, which is unfavorable to safety.
The mechanical type has the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, safety and reliability. However, each warp has to pass through the middle hole of the stop piece, which will damage the warp and the stop piece (when the stop is squeezed).
