The Rear Bar Support Leg C00-2 of Xinda brand loom is composed of A28 iron-based bushing and C2 rear rod support foot. The rear rod support foot C00-2 of Xinda is 70mm to the upper edge of wallboard P2. The upper stop of the support foot is close to the inner side of wallboard, and the lower stop is close to the outer side of wallboard. The gap between the rear rod support foot C00-2 of loom and rear rod C29: 0.4mm for major repair and 0.6mm for minor repair (check with steel wire).
C00-2 (loom rear rod support foot) is divided into left hand and right hand. The total length of the loom support foot is 181.5mm, the width is 75mm, the diameter of the inner hole is 28mm, the length of the shaft hole is 70mm, and the inner width of the adjusting chute of the fixing screw is 13mm and the length is 27mm.
When installing the rear beam support foot of the loom, the straight side is upward, and there is an oil filling hole outside the shaft hole. As shown in the figure below, the main body of the Rear Bar Support Leg C00-2 is made of cast iron, and the surface does not need machining treatment.
The above figure shows the left hand and right hand of C00-2, with 10 pieces in each string. The weight of a single rear rod supporting foot is about 1.15kg. The width of the middle U-shaped clamping groove is from 8mm to 11mm in an oblique angle. Each loom uses one supporting foot.
The difference between C00-2 rear rod support foot and C00-1 rear rod support foot is shown in the above figure. The shaft hole is C00-2 long, and vice versa. The inner hole and outer diameter of their shaft hole iron-based bushing are the same, but the length is different (A29 bushing is used for C00-1).
