Install a set of sleeve support leg J4, sleeve support J21 and cross spindle sleeve J13, align the end of the sleeve support head with the sensing rod J5, install the weft probe support J9 on the probe support leg J11, and align the probe J27 with the center of the coil probe slot or slightly higher. The position of the probe should be 16-22mm away from the bottom of the inner winding tube of the shuttle.

When the shuttle is on the switch side, the bending shaft is lower than the front center, the large radius of the weft cam is forward, and the chest beam is 152-159mm away from the reed, the hook end of the cross spindle hook J28 engages with the cross spindle J22, and the gap does not exceed 0.2mm.

Correct the contact between the bell shaped curved arm J23 and the auxiliary connecting rod J24 so that the front and rear of the probe are not loose. If it is too deep or too shallow, the position of the auxiliary connecting rod J24 can be adjusted, and then push the switch handle to the driving position. Correct the distance between the control core J25 at the tail of the probe and the control rod J16 by 2mm. The spacing is too large, resulting in unnecessary shuttle change due to the lack of time to pull back the control core when driving at slow speed.
