The position of loom intermediate wheel core support leg L8: the distance between the upper edge of the core and the middle of the pin hole of the taker in roller shall be 133.3 mm, so that the intermediate wheel L11 can mesh properly with the gear L13 of the licking roller.

The distance between the lower edge of roller carrier L14 and L15 and the top of front rail P4 is 133.4 mm, which is determined by considering the coiling capacity of cotton cloth (0-160 m) and the assembly position of spring L72 of cloth winding support rod.

When installing the intermediate gear screw core bracket L8, there should be a 3mm gap between the anti reversing hook L9 and the cloth roller support rod support leg L15, which can be adjusted by moving the screw core. It is suitable for all kinds of old looms such as 1511, 1515, GA615 and so on.
