When the crank shaft is in the front dead center, the distance between the 13 ring edge support box base and the reed is 1.6mm, without touching the steel buckle, which can be checked and installed with a fixed gauge.

The fixing screw of the upper cover is M10, and the diameter of the hole on the side of the base (fixing the thorn shaft head) is 10 mm. There is no need to install a shear hammer on the switch side. The tail is short, and the through groove is convenient for checking the movement state of the thorn ring and cloth surface.
